My personal Highlight of Running Down a Deer

about two weeks ago I sent you the first part of my “Running Down a Deer” story. How I went through my lowest point and came out on the other side, enjoying running and tracking and building stamina.
And now I finally prepared the second part of that story: My Personal Highlight: Walking Down a Deer.. 😉

I’d love to get some feedback on how you liked the story.

Also just to make sure that you understand the story correctly: I never actually saw the animal. The signs told me part of the story, and the way I interpreted it did the rest. read more

The Wilderness Chronicles: Running Down a Deer

Greetings,

Until now, I’ve been very reluctant to share a lot of my wilderness experience. Not because I don’t want to talk about it, but somehow, I’ve put too much pressure on it, and wanted to make it perfect, and do a perfect video and be the perfect storyteller.

But I finally took the time to face my fears and hesitations around sharing my story. I can see, how this main part of the story, as well as some of the others that will follow might possibly can be translated into somewhat similar situations in our “normal” lives, and be helpful (or at least entertaining or inspiring) to you or other people in that way. read more
